We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unopened, with all labels attached and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have you proof of purchase available. Additionally, please note that opened products are non-returnable.
Damages of goods
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Please note that any claims regarding defects, damages, or incorrect items must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food), custom products (like special orders or personalised items). If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
We'll inform you as soon as we've received and inspected your return and let you know the status of your refund approval. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within ten business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to finalize the refund posting.
